BioPlexus offers in house die cutting services. Die cutting is the process of pressing a formed blade into a material to cut it to shape. This process allows us to produce gaskets and seals as well as an array of other parts, using any of our medical grade silicone sheeting products. We can cut any shape desired and sizes up to 13″ x 16″. BioPlexus is experienced in serving the needs of medical and aerospace customers. We embrace rigorous quality control standards and thorough traceability requirements.
